Does Grade I Low Lying Placenta A Matter Of Concern?
hi im 21 yrs weight is 70 kgs and height is 5.4 and im 30 to 31 weeks pregent and in my ultra sound report they have stated that my placenta posteior is low lying and grading is 1. is that i will have any problem for normal delivery and what should i do to go up the placenta
Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion if placenta is low lying even after 24 weeks it is less likely to go up due to any measures. So it might not be possible. There is chance of early placental seperation before delivery of the baby leading to fetal distress and there might be heavy bleeding post delivery .So the pattern of delivery might be decided depending on the fetal condition. But grade 1 is a mild degree it might not cause serious problems.Dont worry.
