Does Green Tea Extract Pills Cause Blood In Stools?

I began taking green tea extract pills yesterday and noticed blood in my stool this morning. Might there be a relationship? I am 53, 180 lbs, 5'6", female. The only significant medical history is laparotomy for endometriosis in 1996. I do take BP medicine.
