Does Guilliane-barre Syndrome Have Effect On Bulging Optic Nerve?

I had an MRI and was told I had a bulging optic nerve sheath. I am still recovering from Guilliane-Barre Syndrome. Would that have anything to do with this problem? My eyeballs feel like they are being pushed out of my head and sometime they feel like they are being squeezed. Any ideas as to whether I should see a Neurologist or an Opthamologist?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having Guillian Barre syndrome and you are diagnosed with swollen optic nerve from MRI test.
This indicates papilloedema secondary to raised intra cranial pressure.
Hence this requires evaluation by a neurologist.
Hence I advice you to consult your neurologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
