Does Hair Loss And Severe Pain In The Leg Indicate Cancer?

I worry a lot, and in this situation maybe I am worrying for nothing, but in all honesty I am scared. My legs hurt so bad all I can do is rock and rub them and cry. It starts in my shins and goes all through my legs. I get terrible headaches. My scalp always feel sore and it hurts too much. Constant headaches, even light makes me sick, and I am losing clumps of hair on a regular basis. Could it be that I have some type of cancer?
