Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

According to your complain you have problem of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Proton pump inhibitor drugs helpful for this.Do some diet and lifestyle modifications like.....
Avoid citrus and spicy foods.
Eat small amount of meal and chew properly.
Avoid immeadiate lying down after meal. Elevate your head during sleeping. Avoid alcohol drinking.

For constipation problem you can use stool softner. Take more high fiber foods for proper digestion. Drink more water per day.. Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower etc....

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you..
Take care.
Thank you.
