Hi, am Sriram, This is regarding my wife, 19 years She plans for pregnancy, but her periods happens in 2 months interval, so we approached a Gynecologist, The Doc said to go for Ultrasonography of Abdomen and Pelvis and below is the report. Urinary Bladder: Well distended, wall thickness and lumen are normal. Contents clear, No calculus seen. Uterus: Anteverted 6.62 x 2.76 x 4.31 cms, Norma in size and echo texture. Endometrial thickness masures 0.47 cms and myometrium appears normal. POD - moderate free fluid noted. Ovaries: Right ovary: 3.76 x 1.88 cm Left ovary: 3.64 x 2.01 cms, Both Ovaries are mildly bulky and shows multiple tiny peripheral follices without any dominant follicle. RIF/LIF: No collection / mass lesion seen IMPRESSION : PCOD, PID Suggested correleation with FSH and LH Can you please let us know what is the status, what measures need my wife take to get her pregnent.
