Does Having Morning After Pill Effect Calcium And Thyroid Levels?

hi, i m 20 yrs old & recently had my thryiod removed due to thyriod cancer. i m on thyroxine 150mcg every day and also on high doses of calcium and vit D as i have severe hypoparathyroidism. i just had a slip up and need to take the morning after pill. i m worried that it may effect my levels or cause me harm in any way, in particular to do with my calcium levels and thyriod levels?
