Does Having No Tailbone Cause Problems In The Future?

My wife is preganant & she is in the 7th month of pregnancy. based on the last scan & MRI done doctor says tailbone is missing in the baby. They have done all the test with respect to cardiac which is found normal, even bladder is filling & emptying. Still doctor has a doubt that there may arise some problem with respect to urination, which will be known only after the birth of the baby. Request you to please suggest, if this case is common & what could be consequnces & solution to this problem ( if it is ).
