Does Headache And High Prolactin Level Indicate Sign Of Prolactinoma?

i am occasionally breastfeeding my 14 month old, I have had right side temple/sinus pressure and pain with headaches since december, and I have a prolactin level of 46. Is this indicative of a prolactinoma? my doctor says yes, but I would like a second opinion

PROLACTIN LEVELS ARE HIGH NORMALLY DURING LACTATION .
SO I FEEL YOUR HEADACHE IS UNRELATEDTO PROLACTIN LEVELS.SINCE YOU HAVE RIGHT SIDED TEMPLE PAIN ,IT MAY BE DUE TO SINUSITIS.SO I WILL SUGGEST ENT EVALUATION TO RULE OUT SINUSITIS
