Does Headaches On And Off Indicate Internal Bleeding?

I hit the back of my head quite hard on a wall about 8 days ago. but there wasnt a bump or anything.I felt fine until later that night when i started to get a massive headache. since then i keep getting really bad headaches on and off. could it be something like internal bleeding? should I go to hospital or something?
