Hello,

Methamphetamine is a drug of abuse that can induce oxidative stress and neurotoxicity to dopaminergic neurons. We have previously reported that oxidative stress promotes the liberation of intracellular Zn2+ from metal-binding proteins, which, in turn, can initiate neuronal injurious signaling processes.

Studies have shown that this metal detoxification may be useful. But please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
