Hello dear
I understand your concern
You have did sex in the period time so pregnancy is not possible.
Heavy vaginal bleeding and back pain does not indicate the pregnancy.
Absence of period is the most important symptoms of pregnancy.
If bleeding will not stops and occur in future then take following advises:
Heavy vaginal bleeding could be a endometrial and cervix dysplasia, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cyst, endometriosis, adenomyosis and bleeding disorder.
I would suggest to undergo the following test after consulting the gynecologist:
USG scan, PAP smear, endometrial biopsy, USG scan, urine test, CBC, BT, CT, APTT to find the above cause.
Treatment will depend on the specific cause.
Currently You can take tablet meftal spas for pain.
Tablet tranexaemic acid to reduce the bleeding.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene to prevent the infections.
Take healthy diet with iron and multivitamin supplements.
Hope this may help you
