Does Heroin Lead To Swollen Feet?
My little brother claims he has been off heroin for a month .... he came home today and has really large swollen ankles and feet and says it it from bug bites, he also looks as though he has not slepted in the last two days... would you think that this is a reaction to heroin?

It is unlikely to be due to heroin but you can check the pupils of his eyes with a torch to be sure. If the pupils are of normal size, then heroin is unlikely to be involved. Constricted or pin-point pupils would indicate that he has been on an opioid like heroin recently. Dilated pupils would indicate opioid withdrawal.
