Hi There

I've read you query and I understand your concern

High BP is a proven cause of a stroke that can lead to weakness of one side of the body or leg or hand. At her age BP should be maintained under 150/90.

To evaluate heart problem get her ECG and a Echocardiography done. It's advisable for you to Personally consult a cardiologist and get her evaluated in a proper way.

Wish You Good Luck
