Does High Blood Pressure Causes Acute Vesticular Neuritis?

i had a bout with high blood pressure yesterday that sent me to the hospital 186 was my top blood pressure - not sure of bottom number - they disagnosed me with acute vesticular neuritis - is blood pressure related to this - i have always had very low blood pressure

Hi
Even though sudden raise in blood pressures causes dizziness, vestibular neuritis is a different entity. It has Nothing to do with hypertension.
