Does Hip Fluid Buildup Caused By Injury Need Draining?

i fell on my skateboard onto my hip. doesnt hurt to bad but its not the first time i've done this. there always seems to be a fluid build up there that i can move around a bit but just now I noticed its almost the size of a tennis ball. it hardly hurts.... i feel like it needs to be drained but not sure what to do?
