Does Hormonal Imbalance Affect Menstrual Cycle?

yes please. i had taken unwanted 72. and after 10 days of taking it,my periods started(10 days before sheduled). then again after 20 days,periods started.but even 5 days of normal period like flow,spotting is there.is it just a harmonal imbalance and will bi alrite?
