Does Hormonal Imbalance Cause Increased Libido And Sore Breasts?

In the past year, I have been struggling with an increase in sex drive which seems to be abnormal (up to 8 orgasms some days and aleast 3-4 others. It's actually bothersome and distracting. My periods have also changed. My breasts used to become tender 1 week prior to my period and now they are sore beginnings several days after my period straight through the start of next cycle. I am 45 and wonder if this due to hormones and why the very abrupt change
