Hi dear..bleeding is one of the commonest effect of I pill along with pain, fever and headache etc..so I advise not to worry but she can follow this points
1) Take iron supplements
2) Take green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits
3) Check her Hb level
4) Bed rest for 2 days if possible
5) in case pain and fever take Tab. PCM
6) If still it continues for more than 3-4 days then take progesterone supplement under the observation of gynaecologist
Hope this will help you
Thanks and regards
