Is Imitinef Mercilet really cures Blood Cancer... The reason for asking this is, the said message is widespread in Facebook.... So, i would like to check whether its true!!? Also there is a message that this medicine is available FREE OF COST at Adyar Cancer Institute!!!

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Imatinib is useful in many blood cancers like chronic myeloid leukemia. However it is not useful in all leukemia. And it is freely available at many cancer hospital and trusts.
