Does Increased Blood Pressure Cause Trouble Breathing ?

I've been having what feels like trouble breathing for the last few hours. I can breathe, it just feels like everything is sluggish, like I'm not getting enough air, but I'm not out of breath. My blood pressure is 135 over 80 and my pulse is 105. I feel extremely tired.

Hello,
No I don`t think it is the blood pressure 135 mm Hg causing the difficulty in breathing. We should have very high levels of blood pressure to affect the breathing. I suggest an appointment in the ER to see what is happening.
