Does Increased Vascularity And Pooling In Sacroiliac Region Indicate Bone TB?

hi my name is pooja with the advice of myorthopaedic doctor ,i have under gone with bone scan test which tell that

My Report details
FINDINGS:vascularity and blood pool phase:increased vascularity and pooling in the right sacroiliac region

DELAYED PHASE:

1.normal physiological untake of tracer seen in both the axial and appendicular skeleton

2.increased tracer concentration seen in right sacroiliac joint

3.ipsilateral hip and knee joints also show increased uptake-s/osympathetic hyperactivity

4.no other focal abnormality noted in the rest of the survey
5.the kidney and soft tissue show normal activity

and in my blood test ESR:52mm/hr
RA:1.0 iu/ml

after seeing this report doctor confirm me that i have bone tb
and he started me on treatment and gave me
1.akt4 for 2months
2.pyridoxin for 18months
is the treatment i started is right or should i see some other doctor,and is my bone tb cureable and till what time i will be ok.as i am planning to get remarry in next month ,how far it is save will my bone tb harm my would be husband
