Does Inflammation Or Cyst Cause Back Discomfort?

Yes, I feel real bad.started about six to eight weeks ago. Nipple pain breast tenderness. Then period and did not go away. Got next period and lasted longer. Thought it was from my urethra stopped for one day. She did pg test it was negative and urine. Showed blood in it. Put me on cipro. Did a blood draw. Showed hypothyroid. Started liothyroxin 25 mcg Started bleeding again on Monday much heavier. I feel like I am pg or just had a baby and you need to message your belly to get the swelling to go down. I feel twitching sometimes. I gained about ten lbs since December. My husband had a vasectomy about eight years ago. I feel they just masked a real issue I may have. I have some back discomfort. Maybe inflammation or cyst or miraculous conception that is not where is should be. What r your thoughts.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
In case you are suspected pregnancy, you need to get a pregnancy test.
A negative pregnancy test rules out presence of pregnancy.

The second problem that you have mentioned- blood in urine suggests some problem in the urinary tract.
There could be urinary tract infection or trauma to the urinary tract.
Prescription of antibiotic (ciprofloxacin) suggests that urinary tract infection was present.
Repeat urine examination to ensure that the infection is clear.

The third problem- breast and nipple tenderness.
You need to consult a primary health provider.
Breast examination needs to be done to look for any lump or any other lesion in the breast.
Further management will depend on the findings of clinical examination.

Thanks and take care
