Does Inhalation Of Tobacco Cause Headache And Dry Heaves?

Hi, With 3 people smoking in one room,2 taking care of our friend after a fall,witch left her needing someone to be with her until she can manage on her own.I don't have a problem with that ,bu I have Conjessted Heart Failure.I just moved here and I do not smoke.When there I have a dull ache across my head and when I return to my place,(400 ft. away) I'm short winded and have Dry Heeves for an hr. or so. My ? is am I endangering my own health?

in my opinion these are side effects of passive smoking

it is advisable to others that they stop smoking
