Does Intake Of Adel Help In Improving Low Bone Density?
Recent bone scan indicated I have lost bone density. Not severe but my doctor would like me on Adel.... As well as 1200 mg calcium and 1000 mg Vitamin daily. I am 68 yrs old, 110lbs and in great health. I drink at least 1 gallon of mil a week as well as cheeses. Is there a better drug with less side effects.?

The bone mineralization usually gets affected when density is reduced. So to replenish bone density calcium and vitamin D are useful.
