Does Intake Of Clomid Cause Delayed Periods And Upper Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I have a regular cycle 32 days and this month i took clomid 100mg from day 3till7 now for the first time i m 7 days late on my period took urine test 3 times and the result was neg i feel discomfort when i sleep on my backi feel weird pain from upper stomack till lawer ovaries. Whats wrong with me?!

I really appreciate your concern, it is just nothing wrong anything but it is the irregular period may be due to hormone changes, it is very early to get done the pregnancy test, and for this the best option is get done the ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
