Does Intake Of Concor Help In Treating Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy?

I am HYPERTROPHic cardio myopthy patient. Now last year spetum thickness was 28 mm.i am 53 yrs old and diabetic as well. Now taking concor 5 mg. Is that the correct medication ? One Dr. Insisted for calaptin. Dr can I get a private appointment to see you at TVM with all my records. Thank you Jose

Hello,

Concor is having carvedilol. It is a cardio selective beta-blocker. So it is helpful in cardiac protection and remodeling. So for your HCM, Concor is better drug for preventing further damage.
