Hi doctor, I m married and by this April it s 1yr. We are planning for baby. I had been to gynoechologist and has Askd me to reduce weight n given Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol tablets. She as asked me to have on my 3rd day of periods till 21st day. After that she has told me chances are high for pregnant. Is tat true

Hi, I think the desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets are given for contraception. So, discuss with your doctor regarding why she has prescribed this for you. If your periods are regular, you can try naturally for 6 months to one year. Be in contact with your husband every 2 to 3 days after your periods stop. It will increase chances of your pregnancy.
