Does Intake Of Deviry Help In Conception?

Hi I am 22 years old and my spouse is 24 years old. We got married 1.6 years ago. Been trying to conceive for a year and more. When I check with my doctor, she did ultra scanning and blood test. As per my result my bladder, uterus. P.O.D and LEFT ovary are all normal but found out that there is " AN ANECHOIC TUBULAR CYSTIC LESION MEASURES 5.4 x 2.2 CMS WAS FOUND IN THE RIGHT ADNEXA BETWEEN THE UTRUS AND RIGHT OVARY. She also then add on that I have slight thyroid issue. She has prescribed me with the Ebexid, Deviry and trulimax. I've been consuming ebexid for about 20 days now. She told me and spouse to take the Trulimax once my period is over and take the deviry on the 15th day of my period. My question is does deviry tablet will help me to conceive? Also whenever I have intercourse with my spouse, I feel like the sperm all coming oit, is this possible? what can I do to prevent this?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Yes deviry intake in you would help in conception as told by your gynaecologist. Deviry contains 10mg Medroxyprogesterone, a hormone which helps to induce ovulation.
As per your second query, semen leaking after intercourse is a normal. There is nothing abnormal in this. Semen quantity needed to concieve is very little as compared with total ejaculated semen. You should just wipe it with a tissue paper.
