Hello,

Emeset 4 or ondanserton is an antiemetic drug that is used to treat naused and vomiting.

This drug can cause increased heart rate and other abnormal heart rythm as side effects.

If the high heart rate persist you should see a doctor immediatelly. My advice is to the local ER because the high heart rythm is a medical emergency and can be dangerous if it is not treated. The doctor will monitor you untill your heart rythm will normalise.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Elona Xhardo
