Does Intake Of Gramocef-CV For Typhoid Level 240 During Pregnancy Have Side Effects?

Iam 28 years old & in 5 week of pregnancy. For the last 1 week Iam suffering with mild fever of 99-99.5F. In the widal test my typhoid level is 240. For the last 2 days Iam taking Gramocef-CV & Dolo 650. Though sometime temp drop to 98.9F but again it comes back to 99F & more but less than 100F. I want to know whether medicines Iam taking are sufficient or not & will it have any side-effect on pregnancy?
