Does Intake Of I-pill Affect Future Pregnancy?

hi. i am 22 yrs old. i had unprotected sex with my bf so to be on the safer side every time i took i-pill thrice in the past 3 months. Now i am having daily head ache, weakness and pain in lower abdomen. I want to know that will the use of i-pill reduce the chances of future pregnancy in the long run in life?
