Hi
Your GF seems to have developed side effects of I-pill.

It is due to high amount of hormone Progesterone present in I-pill.
After taking I-pill, irregular vaginal bleeding and spotting can occur.

The next period may also occur early or get delayed by a week or so.
If you did not have unprotected since one month, there is no need to do the pregnancy test. However, she must consult a gynecologist for the treatment of irregular periods.

Hope this answers your query.
