Does Intake Of Invokamet Cause Mood Swings And Lethargy?

thank you. I have recently been placed on invokamet 50/500mg. I am 83 years old w/type 11 diabetes. i am feeling so badly, drained. and want to stay in bed. I also have a fluid pill to take but I urinate a lot w/out it. could this pill be causing my terrible feelings?
