Does Intake Of Keflex And Prednisone Help In Treating Eczema?

I recently got diagnosed with eczema and prescribed keflex, prednisone. I never beleived I had ezcema, as the skin condition that I am suffering from is all over my body, blisters,pus and blood filled and dont seem to want to heal at all. I noticed that I am retaining excessive fluid on both legs, and had noticed this symptom before i started taking any medication, it is just gradually getting worse, to the point that when i touch my legs I can actually move a mass like up or down my legs, when i press on my skin it indents, i have this same edema problem on my forehead, i wake up in the morning my eyes are very puffy and im noticing that my abdomenn is extremely distended,
