General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM.

Guessing from your question you look like a real fighter. You are correct in making the association between letrozole and your symptoms. Letrozole is known to cause nausea and constipation in more than 10% of people who use it, however it can also cause diarrhea, indigestion, abdominal pain and loss of apetite in 1-10% of people using it.

I would recommend to visit your physician so that she/he can review the dosage of letrozole and rule out other causes of these symptoms.

I hope I answered your question. Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions. Have a nice day.

Sincerely,
Dr. Waqas Hayat
