Hi there... Maxolone is metoclopramide which is gut motility increasing drug while nexium is oesomeprazole which is proton pump inhibitor. A combination of both the drugs have been used widely, metoclopramide do have extrapyramidal side effects but none of the two can cause hallucination.. What you are experiencing is visual hallucinations so I would recommend you to visit psychiatrist and get a consultation done there.

Thanks

Regards
Dr Varun
