Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you can continue using modus as it contain female hormones in synthetic form needed to help with ovulation and maintaining cycle to promote fertilization of egg.

Though if Medical treatment is not yielding results and preliminary hormonal profile, as well as scans for any structural pathology causing tubal or other issues or interfering with fertilization or motion of eggs, should be ruled out first.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
