Hello

Usually, we do confirm the diagnosis of Alopecia areata after run skin scrapping examination to rule out fungal infection first.

If confirmed, stress and weak immunity long with bad eating habits will put you at risk of developing Alopecia areata.

Your current treatment with Alopexy (minoxidil) locally and Novophane (hair multivitamin) tablets is the best to use. Wait for the results.
Otherwise, then, should run:
- complete blood count to rule out anemia
- skin examination (if not done yet)

Plus sometimes, steroid intradermal injections can help fight local inflammation and restore the hair.

Hope this helps.
