Your child may be suffering from typhoid so you can do pathology tests such as stool culture immediately and widal test in second week. If tests positive for S.Typhi then start T.Cipro 10mg/kg for 5 days and Tab.Paracetamol 250mg TDS for 5 days. Patient should be on ORS Solution for atleast 3 days. If Fever , vomitting & loose motions still not relieved then consult specialist for further investigations.
