General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to gastritis which is an inflammation of the stomach lining.
I see that you have already taken Pentate which is the correct treatment for your symptoms.
The rash can be related to an allergic reaction to this treatment. The allergies are very individual.
So,you can't know if you are allergic to a medication without using it first.
So,I suggest to stop the treatment.
To relieve the rash,I recommend using Cetirizine 10 mg daily.
You can also use Betametasone cream for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
