Does Intake Of Regestrone Caused Difficulty In Conception?

Hello , I have been undergoing fertility treatments for getting pregnant until few months back. Currently I am not in any treatment . My periods date is on Nov 14th as I get my periods every 32 days , I have an important function on Nov 15th so what should be done ? I did not see a doctor but wanted to check if I can take regestrone tablets to postpone my periods. Will this affect my pregnant later if I want to conceive later ? Please confirm and please help me with my question.

Regestrone medication contains 'norethindrone'. It is a progestogen and can be used to postpone a period. It does not cause any problems for conceiving or pregnancy later. Kindly go ahead with the medications to be taken as specified.
