Does Intake Of Emergency Contraceptive Pill Cause Delayed Menstruation?

I missed my period but I have no pregnancy symptoms and I have taken 4 pregnancy tests as well which all came up negative. I had my last period july 6 but I m worried that I may be pregnant because it is now the 5th of september and my menstruation have not yet arrived. Additionally, before I had my last period (July 6) I took an emergency contraceptive pill so I was hoping that it was the pill that messed up my cycle and the reason I did not get my period for the month of august.
