Does Intake Of Milk Alters The Effectiveness Of Prograf And Cellcept?

Does milk constitute food that would decrease the effectiveness of Prograf & Cellcept? My dietitian wants me to drink a glass of milk 20 minutes after exercising. This period always falls within the 2 hours before, 1 hour after window for my Prograf & Cellcept ingestion. Thank you.
