Does Intake Of Morning After Pill Cause Clotty And Painful Periods?

I am 37yrs old mother of 2 kids I took morning pill 24 hours after having unprotected sex, then 3 days later (29th jan) I bleeded after having severe stomach ache and it seemed like a period bleeding and blood clots also and it continues today also(almost week) is there anything serious as generally my periods last for 4-5 days
