Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have answered your query
and here is my advice.
Usually after abortion you can have minimal bleeding for around one week. As there was no direct ejaculation the possibility of entry of semen into uterine cavity is less and also the possibility of pregnancy as endometrium usually will not be ready for implantation after four days of abortion. But uterus which undergone abortion before four days is more prone for infection. So, if you develop any symptoms like white discharge with itching or burning, better to consult your gynecologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
