Does Internal Use Of Nair Cause Vaginal Swelling And Burning?

I used nair around the vaginal area (as i usually do) but this time I guess I got a bit careless because some got in side around the urethra and down towards the vagina. The area is now swollen and burns when touched and it burns when i urinate. I used hydrocortisone gel, is that ok? what else can i use? Will there be serious damage?
