Does Iron Deficiency Cause Abnormal Chest X Ray Results?

I have had two chest xrays,both are abnormal.Waiting for a ct scan.Question can you have abnormal chest xray with iron definency. They say my iron levels are fine,but if you take a gold ring and wipe it across my cheeks there is a very dark black strip left.Stays for a very long time..Im suffering from SOB...Thats the reason i have had chest xrays
