Hello i m 42 Yr old woman mother orf 2 childrens i have joint pain in my left leg & in right legs some muscular problem Dr says to rduce weight or go fir early age knee rep. Ope. How should i reduce weight cant un stand y legs prob i got in this age joint psin from age of 35 i have is this due to iron deffi.

Iron deficiency results in anemia, which in turn results in weakness and can also be responsible for leg pain.
