Does Iron Supplement Causes Night Sweats And Dark Stools?

I began taking SlowFE for anemia and have been experiencing some night sweating and can feel bowels moving during this time. This is the only time I experience this. bowel movements are dark but not bloody, don t hurt. Is this normal while taking iron supplements?
